TERMS & CONDITIONS All appointments are made with a £50 per person fully refundable credit/debit card deposit.
RE-SCHEDULING If an appointment has to be re-scheduled, a 72-hour notice period must be given prior to the appointment time. A re-scheduling fee of £10 per person is chargeable if your appointment is moved within the 72-hour notice period. The £10 re-scheduling fee is non-refundable. Your session at Citi Studio is valid for 6 months REFUND PROCEDURE Any client who decides not to purchase any of their photographs or packages may do so at the time of their viewing. The refundable deposit receipt will be sent to our accounts department, where a refund will be processed. Refunds will take approximately 4-7 working days to process. Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day. Voucher fees are non-refundable. CANCELLATION If you need to cancel your appointment please call us on 0207 377 2877. Please note that there is a £15 cancellation fee per booking. (this amount of £15 will multiply in accordance to the number of bookings) |
