TERMS & CONDITIONS

All appointments are made with a £50 per person fully refundable credit/debit card deposit.
This is a sign of good faith that you intend to keep any appointments you have made with Citi Studio.


Booking fee is not refundable if:

  • You or any participants do not attend the appointment
  • You or any participants do not complete the makeover, photography and viewing session.
  • You or any participants do not give us at least 3 working days to re-schedule your appointment.
  • You or any participants re-schedule your appointment more than once.
  • Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Bookings are non-transferable, and therefore cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer.
 
RE-SCHEDULING
If an appointment has to be re-scheduled, a 72-hour notice period must be given prior to the appointment time.
A re-scheduling fee of £10 per person is chargeable if your appointment is moved within the 72-hour notice period.
The £10 re-scheduling fee is non-refundable. Your session at Citi Studio is valid for 6 months

REFUND PROCEDURE
Any client who decides not to purchase any of their photographs or packages may do so at the time of their viewing.
The refundable deposit receipt will be sent to our accounts department, where a refund will be processed.
Refunds will take approximately 4-7 working days to process. Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day.
Voucher fees are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your appointment please call us on 0207 377 2877.
Please note that there is a £15 cancellation fee per booking. (this amount of £15 will multiply in accordance to the number of bookings)
